You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, to access without authorization, to perform unauthorized reverse engineering, abusive scraping, fraud, impersonation, malware distribution, vulnerability exploitation or hostile automation.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity performed through your account, and for the information you submit through forms, orders, sponsorship requests or support tickets. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or misuse. We may apply reasonable security measures, limitations or suspensions to protect the Service and third parties.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, digital content supplied immediately may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once download/access has started or been activated. For custom services, refunds may depend on execution stage, incurred costs and delivered scope. If an issue arises, contact support to assess the appropriate resolution.
All content, trademarks, trade names, software, designs, text, demos and materials within the Service belong to IaMythStudio or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership, except an express license. Unauthorized copying, extraction or reuse of content is prohibited.
We provide the Service professionally, but it may experience interruptions, maintenance, improvements or technical changes. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary (security, compliance or product evolution). Support is provided through the channels and levels stated in the plan or order.
Unless the law requires otherwise, IaMythStudio shall not be liable for indirect damages, business loss, loss of profits, loss of data or interruption of activity arising from the use or inability to use the Service. You acknowledge that any technical, business or legal decision based on the Service should be assessed independently.
You agree to indemnify and hold IaMythStudio harmless from third-party claims arising from (i) your use of the Service, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of third-party rights through content or materials you provide.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable law for the Service owner and any mandatory consumer-protection rules where applicable. In case of dispute, the parties will attempt an amicable resolution before going to the competent courts.
